Fenomenul pop MIKA lanseaza al doilea album din cariera, The Boy Who Knew Too Much.

Noul album este primul dupa debutul Life in Cartoon Motion care a vandutaproape 6 milioane de exemplare si a obtinut de 5 ori discul de platina in Marea Britanie.

Primul single, We Are Golden este un asalt muzical, o bucata epica de power-pop exploziv, minunat realizata, ce il scoate in evidenta pe MIKA ca pe un talent unic in muzica contemporana.

Albumul The Boy Who Knew Too Much a fost inregistrat in Londra si Los Angeles in ultimii doi ani si printre cei care au colaborat cu Mika la acest album se numara The Seawind Horns (Thriller, Off The Wall), Imogen Heap, Owen Pallet din Final Fantasy/Arcade Fire si Stuart Price.

Cu multiple influente din decade diferite, de la albumele pop importante ale aniilor 80 si 90, la Kurt Weill, Patti Page (din anii 50) si Harry Nilsson (din anii 70), MIKA descrie albumul ca fiind unul mai matur decat primul.
