Piersici umplute cu ciocolata, pentru 4 persoane
 
O jumatate de lingura de unt                                                                             
4 piersici mari                                                                              
2 linguri de zahar                                                                                       
Un ou batut
1 lingurita de cacao                                                                                       
un plic de zahar vanilat                                                                         
5-6 piscoturi de sampanie sfaramate                                             
4 cupe de inghetata de vanilie sau ciocolata                                               
 
Mod de preparare:
 Incalziti cuptorul la foc mare. Taiati piersicile in doua, eliminand samburii. Amestecati intr-un bol, la rece, oul si zaharul cu untul si cacaoa, apoi adaugati zaharul vanilat si piscoturile sfaramate,  amestecand bine. Umpleti piersicile cu amestecul de piscoturi si dati la cuptor pe o tava unsa cu putin unt timp de 15-20 de minute.
Serviti cu inghetata.
